Back at Long Last

This all started in 2012 as a way to explore interests and keep a record of some projects, but shortly thereafter life changed directions. The time commitment was more than I could spare, I lost focus then completely forgot it existed. I maintained some of the data tracking that began with this site, the Nerdist Way Character Tome, Nutrition/Water Intake/Sleep sheets, but did not post and let things slide.

Homemade Men's Body Wash

    Do a simple google search for "homemade body wash" or "homemade liquid soap" and you'll find several entries. Most seem to follow a simple recipe: shred bar of soap, “melt” shredded soap, allow soap to “gel”, blend “gel” into “body wash”.  So with that in mind I embarked on my own quest to make a simple homemade body wash... well, at least sort of homemade (I did not mill the soap myself).

     Welcome to my adventures in home improvement, household/craft projects and cooking.  Over the past few years, I’ve taken an interest preparing homemade items that are less expensive, often healthier and fun to create.  I started scouring the internet looking for tips and guides on all manner of topics.  Rather than littering the house and computer with all manner of notebooks, bookmarks and documents, I’ve decided to compile all the designs, notes, recipes, successes and failures here at “Doin’ Sh*t With Pat”
