Breakfast: Eggo Waffle, Paw Patrol Homestyle, Frozen (Kellogg's)

2020/02/08: These are sweet, crispy and savory with fun Paw Patrol images on the front. The syrup pools a little uneven without the normal waffle pockets, but they are a delicious breakfast.

Cereal: Frosted Flakes (Kellogg's)

2020/01/23: Frosted Flakes are a great Treat or weekend Breakfast Cereal with a sweet flavor and delicious crunch. Don't wait long too long after topping it with Milk, your wonderful bowl of crispy goodness will turn to mush in a matter of minutes! This is a great choice for those midnight snacks!

Breakfast: Cereal - Toasted Oats, Honey Nut (Kroger)

2019/11/25: The Kroger/Store Brand of a classic cereal has good flavor and an even better price. The Serving Size of 1 Cup means there is no need for calculations!

Breakfast: Cereal - Froot Loops (Kellog's)

2019/11/25: A fun "treat" Cereal that is not terribly high in sugar. Great for those weekend days after sleeping in a few extra hours. 

Breakfast: Turkey Sausage Patties (Jimmy Dean - Fully Cooked)



2019/11/26: What better way to start Thanksgiving than with some Turkey Sausage? ...maybe add in a few Pancakes? ...with some warm Cider or Apple Tea?

One of the best cold weather breakfasts. Filling and energizing, perfect for rainy days or snowy nights. Whole milk was selected as there were fewer additives listed on the label.

Ingredients
1 Cup or 3/4 Cup of Fred Meyer Rolled Oatmeal
1 tsp of Kroger Light or Dark Brown Sugar
1/4 tsp of Kroger Ground Cinnamon
1/4 Cup or 2fl oz of Fred Meyer Whole Milk
1/3 Cup of Water

Directions
1. Add Oatmeal, Brown Sugar, Cinnamon and Water in a microwave safe bowl.
2. Microwave for 30-45 seconds.
3. Stir and microwave for 20 seconds.
4. Stir in the Milk and enjoy.
