Nutrition and Calculation:
Serving Size Nutrition:
- Cake Mix - 1/10 package (43g):
160 Calories, 2g Fat, 0mg Cholesterol, 340mg Sodium, 35g Carbohydrates, 1g Fiber, 18g Sugar, 2g Protein.

- Canola Oil - 1 Tbsp (14g):
120 Calories, 14g Fat, 0mg Cholesterol, 0mg Sodium, 0g Carbohydrates, 0g Fiber, 0g Sugar, 0g Protein.

- Eggs - 1 Egg (50g):
70 Calories, 5g Fat, 185mg Cholesterol, 70mg Sodium, 0g Carbohydrates, 0g Fiber, 0g Sugar, 6g Protein.

- Frosting - 2 Tbsp (33g):
140 Calories, 5g Fat, 0mg Cholesterol, 70mg Sodium, 23g Carbohydrates, 0g Fiber, 19g Sugar, 0g Protein.

The Cake Mix nutrition was multiplied by 10, Canola Oil nutrition was multiplied by 8 (there are 6 Tbsp in a Cup) and the Eggs' nutrition was multiplied by 3. The Frosting was a little more difficult as the true nutritional values depended on the amount spread on each Cupcake. Nutrition values were divided by the Serving Size Weight (33g) to obtain the per gram value, listed below.

Modified Serving Nutrition:
- Frosting per Gram (1g):
4.24 Calories, 0.15g Fat, 0mg Cholesterol, 2.33mg Sodium, 0.7g Carbohydrates, 0g Fiber, 0.58g Sugar, 0g Protein.

- Full Box of Cake Mix (430g):
1600 Calories, 20g Fat, 0mg Cholesterol, 3400mg Sodium, 350g Carbohydrates, 10g Fiber, 180g Sugar, 20g Protein.

- 1/2 Cup of Canola Oil (112g):
960 Calories, 112g Fat, 0mg Cholesterol, 0mg Sodium, 0g Carbohydrates, 0g Fiber, 0g Sugar, 0g Protein.

- 3 Eggs (150g):
210 Calories, 15g Fat, 555mg Cholesterol, 210mg Sodium, 0g Carbohydrates, 0g Fiber, 0g Sugar, 18g Protein.

- Total Recipe without Frosting:
2770 Calories, 147g Fat, 555mg Cholesterol, 3610mg Sodium, 350g Carbohydrates, 10g Fiber, 180g Sugar, 38g Protein.

Obtained the average/mean for the 22 Unfrosted Cupcakes by dividing the Total Recipe Nutritional Content by the yield of 22 Cupcakes.

- Unfrosted Cupcake:
125.91 Calories, 6.68g Fat, 25.23mg Cholesterol, 164.09mg Sodium, 15.91g Carbohydrates, 0.45g Fiber, 8.18g Sugar, 1.73g Protein.

Then 3 random Cupcakes from each batch were weighted in order to record the Unfrosted Weight. Next the Cupcakes were frosted and weighed them again to record the Finished Weight. The Unfrosted Weight was subtracted from the Finished Weight and the result or range was the weight of the Frosting applied to each Cupcake.

- Unfrosted Weight: 38, 34, 39, 47, 34, 38
- Finished Weight: 55, 53, 56, 65, 51, 53
- Range: 17, 19, 17, 18, 17, 15

Multiplied the Frosting Modified Nutrition by lowest and highest numbers in the Range to obtain the minimum and maximum Frosting Weight for the Frosting applied to the Cupcakes:
- Minimum Frosting Weight (15g):
63.6 Calories, 2.25g Fat, 0mg Cholesterol, 34.95mg Sodium, 10.5g Carbohydrates, 0g Fiber, 8.7g Sugar, 0g Protein.

- Maximum Frosting Weight (19g):
80.56 Calories, 2.85g Fat, 0mg Cholesterol, 44.27mg Sodium, 13.3g Carbohydrates, 0g Fiber, 11.02g Sugar, 0g Protein.

Finally... after all of the calculation, the Frost minimum and maximum were added to the Unfrosted Cupcake values to generate the total nutritional values for the finished a Cupcake. Lastly, the minimum and maximum values were averaged to create the mean for a finished Cupcake.
- Minimum Finished Cupcake:
189.51 Calories, 8.93g Fat, 25.23mg Cholesterol, 199.04mg Sodium, 26.41g Carbohydrates, 0.45g Fiber, 16.88g Sugar, 1.73g Protein.

- Average (Mean) Finished Cupcake:
197.99 Calories, 9.23g Fat, 25.23mg Cholesterol, 203.7mg Sodium, 27.81g Carbohydrates, 0.45g Fiber, 18.04g Sugar, 1.73g Protein.

- Maximum Finished Cupcake:
206.47 Calories, 9.53g Fat, 25.23mg Cholesterol, 208.36mg Sodium, 29.21g Carbohydrates, 0.45g Fiber, 19.2g Sugar, 1.73g Protein.
