Delicious breakfast staple that was difficult to track simply due to the measurements in the recipe. The Serving size of Annie's Organic Pancake Mix was 1/3 cup, yet the recipe called for 1 and 2/3 cup; all of the Nutrition Facts were to be multiplied by 5. After the Egg (Single Serving) and 1 Cup of Milk (Single Serving) were added then the cooking, and math, could begin!



Ingredients Used (Measurements Suggested on the Package):

- 1  and 2/3 Cup Annie's Organic Pancake Mix
- 1 Fred Meyer Brand AA Large Egg
- 1 Cup 1% Fred Meyer Milk

Mix Ingredients and cook Pancakes to the same general size. Divide the Nutrition Information listed above by the number of pancakes cooked for the nutrition per Pancake (We made 9 Pancakes, so each Pancake contained = 103 Calories, 1.3g Fat, 22mg Cholesterol, 228mg Sodium, 17.5g Carbohydrates, 4g Total Sugars, 3.5 Protein)

Fun Tip: Save the last few Pancakes and allow them to cool on a plate, store them in a Freezer Bag, write the per Pancake Nutrition Info on the front. To reheat and Serve: Place the Frozen Pancake into the Toaster and heat to your tastes.
