Pizza: Hawaiian (Round Table Pizza)

2018/07/27 - To play on the premise of a Jim Gaffigan bit (Fruitcake from Beyond the Pale), Hawaii great, Pizza delectable, Hawaiian Pizza heaven! When it is a "good" pizza... there is almost nothing better.

I pulled the nutrition information from the Round Table Pizza website and compared it against their Nutrition PDF; also found on the website (researched on 7/27/2018). There were some features that did not line up, but were fairly close.
